collect is protected against unauthorized

We also protect you against possible
fraudulent charges on your credit card. If a
third party places a fraudulent order with
your credit card to you will not be
responsible for more than $50. In addition,
we will pay the $50 for you, resulting in $0
liability to you.

How to Buy
We make it easy for you to buy from us.
- Add the items you want to your
Shopping Cart,
- Confirm your order, and
- Proceed to Checkout.
Adding an item to your Shopping
Cart
When you find the item you want, simply
click on the Add to Cart button. This will
add the item to your Shopping Cart. Your
cart will show you the cost of the item
selected and the applicable shipping cost.
In your Shopping Cart you can change the
quantity of items you have ordered, select
your location (sales tax applies to orders
made in Utah), empty your cart, select
payment type, enter a separate shipping
address, continue shopping, or proceed to
checkout.
Confirming your order
After you have added items to your
Shopping Cart, check your order for
accuracy. When you are satisfied that the
information is correct, proceed to
Checkout by clicking the Checkout button.
Checkout
At Checkout, enter your billing address
and payment information. When you are
ready to submit your order, click on
Submit This Order. Your information will
be sent to us through our SECURE server
and shipped promptly.
Please note:
Beginning January 2004, we will no longer
accept checks or money orders. You must
order with a credit card. Also in 2004, we
will begin accepting payments through
PayPal. We do accept purchase orders from
Public Schools.

Price Policy, you can purchase with

value. Our Best Price Policy states that we
will match any verified price, on any
product, at the time you purchase from us.

for inadvertent errors. In the event of
typographical errors on our site or in our
publications, we reserve the right to cancel
or refuse orders at its sole discretion.
Please contact us within 30 days regarding
price or promotion discrepancies. Errors and
Omissions is not liable for errors in prices
listed on the site due to computer error or
human error.
Shipping
Policies
We only ship to the US
through FEDEX. If you
have a P.O. Box, we ship USPS.
All transactions are in US Dollars only. Items are individually
assigned appropriate shipping costs.
Shipping costs appear when you add an item
to your Shopping Cart.
Shipping times are only estimates and are
not guaranteed. We cannot control occasional
inventory shortages, shipping carrier
delays, customs delays, weather delays, and
other factors that can delay your shipment.
However, we will do our best to get your
product to you as soon as possible.
On orders requesting Next Day Air or
Second Day Air Shipping, all items in stock
will be shipped immediately as requested.
All backordered items will be shipped by
FEDEX Ground or US Mail upon arrival. This
will also apply to backorders going to
Hawaii or Alaska. Any other foreign order
will be held until it can be shipped
complete.
Order
Fullfillment Policy
Most in-stock items will be shipped within
2-3 business days.
For out-of-stock items, you will be
notified of any delay. If we cannot deliver
your product within 30 days, we will contact
you and give you the opportunity to cancel
your order. You must pay all orders in
advance (at the time of order), even for
out-of-stock items.
Manufacturer
Contact Information
We will warranty almost all of the products
we sell. However, there are a few
manufacturers who will ONLY Warranty their
products directly. These products are
primarily fuel powered vehicles and planes
from the following manufacturers: CEN,
Hobbyzone, Traxxas, HPI, Hot Bodies, OFNA,
and Team Associated. If you purchased a
product from one of these manufacturers,
please contact them directly, or give us a
call and we'll assist you in contacting
them.

Magic
Tricks/Items Policy
Magic items are different than just about
anything else you will ever purchase. Magic
items are made up of two things:
(1) The magic item itself and (2) the secret
to how the trick is done.
When you purchase magic from us you are
purchasing the secret too. Since you cannot
return your knowledge of the secret we
cannot except a return on any magic items.
All magic sales are final.
We do however, accept returns on magic items
that have a manufacturers defect. Please see
our RMA policy on how to return a magic item
with a defect from the manufacturer.
Please ask questions before purchasing any
magic items.
Return of
Merchandise Policy (RMA)
Please allow us 5 business days to
respond to RMA and order status requests.
You MUST have an RMA number to return any
merchandise.
If Product is Defective:
If you receive a defective item, simply
call the manufacturer for help. If you are
unable to contact the manufacturer, send
us an e-mail and we will provide the
manufacturer contact information. Please
note that you must return to the
manufacturer all packaging, manuals, and
items included in the original box, along
with a detailed explanation of the defect,
within 30 days.
Defective Product:
We will warranty some of the products we
sell. However, most of the products that
we sell are warranted only through the
manufacturer. If you purchase a product
that has a manufacturer's warranty, please
contact them directly, or give us a call
and we will assist you in contacting them.
If Product is Resalable:
If the product is in its original unopened
packaging, we will exchange it within 30
days. If you would like a refund, you will
receive a full one, minus a 15% restocking
fee. All purchase exchanges and refunds
are minus tax and shipping. Please be sure
to include all original packaging
materials and instructions.
If Product is not Resalable:
If the product has been opened, assembled,
painted, altered, or does not contain all
of its original packaging, this is not a
resalable item. If the product is a
fuel-powered remote control vehicle, and
fuel has been placed in the vehicle, then
the product is not resalable and you must
go directly through the manufacturer. Some
of our kits are sold ?assemble prior to
shipping?. If we assemble the kits, per
your order and request and it is returned,
you will receive a maximum of 50%. DO NOT
return fuel. The Department of
Transportation prohibits returning opened
fuel.
Exchange
Policy
You MUST have an RMA number to
exchange any merchandise.
Our exchange policy is the best on the
net! Anything you purchase from can be
exchanged up to 30 days after the date of
purchase! What that means to you is that you
have all the time you need to make sure it
is exactly right for you. (Items returned
for exchange must be in ?like new?
condition.)
We want you to feel totally satisfied
when you order products from us. If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, send us an e-mail, so we can
resolve any concerns. You will be asked to
follow these simple steps:
- Make sure your original invoice is
dated within the last 30 days. E-mail us
to receive an RMA (Return of Merchandise
Authorization) number.
- Check all returned items to be sure
they are in new condition (including all
original packaging and accessories.)
- Include a copy of the original
invoice. On the back of the invoice,
please write your name, e-mail address,
phone number, and the item(s) you would
like to receive in exchange for the
return.

- Shipping charges are not refunded. You
will be responsible for the return
shipping fees incurred to send the item(s)
back to us. You will also need to pay for
the shipping of your new product to you.
